Exchange Policy

  1. Does purchased items eligible for exchange?

Yes. THE GHRACK allows customers to exchange purchased merchandises only if it have defective item or error coming from us. Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items within 5 days after received the package. Please contact us first before you want to proceed with exchange.

 

  1. What are the conditions for exchanging items?
  • Item(s) that bears manufacturing defects, including: (1) Seams and stitching errors, (2) button damage, (3) defective fabric.
  • Item(s) that meets the following 5 conditions: (1) unworn, (2) odourless, (3) clean, (4) have not been deformed and scratched, (5) intact of tag and invoice.
  • Item(s) purchased via discount coupons or promotional programs cannot be exchanged or returned.
  1. Can I exchange to different items?

You can only exchange item(s) to those with the same or higher price. The cost difference is at your own expense.

 

  1. How is the shipping fee for exchanging items?

THEGHRACK will cover the 2-way shipping cost for returning manufacturing defective products. For other reasons, the 2-way shipping costs are at your expenses.

You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed, and refunds will take an additional 1-15 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
